About the roomies
We are a family of 5 with 2 teenaged sons so this is a good situation for a quiet/responsible student/professional and definitely not a party house. 10 minute drive to Cal Poly; 20 to Cuesta. We maintain a quiet and calm household and are looking for a renter who will fit in this way.
