I have a small bedroom available for rent in my row home in manayunk. Main Street is very close as is Wissahickon Park. Permit parking is available. Rent will include utilities. There is extra space in the basement if storage is needed. Shared bathroom.

I’m a single 29 year old teacher and work a lot. I often don’t get home until 6-630ish on weekdays and weekends I like to just relax at home or go for a hike. I’m bubbly and social but also need my own quiet time too and can respect that of anyone else. I do have 3 cats so you would have to be okay with kitties around the house. They can be kept out of the bedroom.
