The room rents for $1000 per month with a walking closet and is spacious. It’s fully furnished with 65inches tv and a desk. Move-in is first month + deposit ($1000) which can be pay in installments. Couple are welcome for $300 extra.

6 months preferably, the contract will be month to month. Employment verification, background check, and credit report (to verify there’s no history of eviction) required.

Comes with cable and high-speed internet from Comcast Xfinity.

The house is over 4000 square feet. It’s spacious and airy. Brand new furniture throughout the house. You will have full access to all common areas. All the perks of an apartment, without all the expenses. It’s on a corner lot, and there’s ample on-street parking.
