Franklin Avenue

This is an incredible duplex apartment at Franklin and Atlantic (garden level and first floor). First floor is 2 large bedrooms, a small bedroom that would be my office, and a full bath. The garden level is entirely open floor plan— an enormous kitchen and living space, full bath, laundry in unit, and private yard.

Hi, I’m Greg! I love riding my bike places and love perusing dollar bins at record stores. I’m excited to move back to Brooklyn after two years of exploring Seattle. I’ll be living in one of the large bedrooms and using the smallest bedroom as a separate office to work from home (I’m a software engineer). I keep fairly regular hours and go to bed around 10pm. Keeping the kitchen clean is important to me (getting cockroaches once was enough for me!). I don’t drink very much, but enjoy a night out with friends. I’m very social and like the idea of get-togethers and dinners at the apartment. I’d like to occasionally host out of town guests.
