I am 33 year old male looking to rent out one private bedroom and private bathroom in my fully remodeled, furnished home. I work m-f 7am-5pm. I like quiet time on weekends, football, lacrosse, and out doors. No smoking inside and no partying! There will be 3 total roommates, myself and 2 others. Must be fairly clean, especially when using the kitchen. A cleaning lady comes once a month to clean the entire home.
