About the room
My housemates and I are looking for a young professional or graduate student as a roommate to fill our third bedroom in a house in Weston, MA, starting 8/1! The bedroom is HUGE (418 sq ft) with sliding doors to the lawn, a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and a separate living room (360 sq ft). The house has a modern kitchen, lots of off-street parking (including a garage), and washer and dryer units. The roommate would have over 650 square feet to themselves in addition to our shared kitchen, dining, and living room. Rent is $2000/month plus utilities (except water). The house is close to a stop on the commuter rail, close to Waltham, Wellesley, and Boston, and is just off 95 and I-90. Our house is close to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and conservation/walking lands. The community is extremely safe and friendly!
About the roomies
About us: we are active, responsible, and clean. We work as a teacher, a counselor, and an athletic trainer, and we love board game nights, reading, walks and sports, and movie nights! I have a Labrador retriever who loves to be loved (but no new pets)! We keep pretty regular hours for work and enjoy home being a peaceful space.
