Hi all I am looking to rent out my condo in DuPont/Logan Circle. For 7months.

My condo is a junior 1Br 1ba in a beautiful building that is full of Art Deco charm. I will be leaving most the furniture and we can discuss if anything else needs to be left. Large walk in closet and additional wardrobes/drawers.

Condo is located in the PERFECT location. In-between DuPont and Logan Circle surrounded by great bars and restaurants. 14th street is 5 mins walking and Connecticut Ave is also. Red line is 10 mins, Orange/Silver/Grey are 10 mins, as well as many bus stops. Beautiful rooftop with a direct view of the White House (also great viewing spot for July 4th fireworks). Washer/dry in-unit.

Rental period would be from June 1st, 2023 to January 1st 2024.

$2500 which includes heating, water, gas, trash, WiFi, and you would only pay electricity (usually $35).
