Courtney's room

M roommate and I are looking for a 3rd Roommate for the third bedroom and will be sharing the bathroom with one of us. Rent would be $1300/month, utilities not included. Utilities will be split 3 ways. No pets, we currently have 3 dogs and can not have anymore in the house. Please let me know if you have any questions.

We both have full time jobs. She is finishing her degree at Palm beach State for Vet Tech and current works for a specialty vet hospital, so she may work long hours and not be home much. I work full time in Jupiter. I am into cars and go to subaru car meets a lot. I do like being outdoors when I can and would love to go to the beach more. Please let me know if you have an questions.
