Looking for a female in their 20s-30s (preferably a college student) to take over my roommate’s month to month lease starting May 1st (I’m LGBTQ friendly, but prefer not to room with cis straight men.). I’m offering the larger room with a walk-in closet (the one with the mirror closet doors is my room). The apartment included appliances, a washer/dryer in unit, patio, a garage, and water is included. Utilities usually cost around 100$ or less (depending on how much we use electricity) and included the gas/electric and WiFi which we’ll split evenly :) (thus I usually pay ~1300$/month or less. There is plenty of parking on property (2 guest spaces) and also street parking. Minimum 6 month commitment. Must have good credit and references. No pets or smoking on property.

I’m a 24 year old female psychology graduate about to enter grad school. I’m a very clean and quiet plant mom who loves to garden and cook. I work multiple jobs and tend to be exhausted when I come home, so I like my space to be quiet :). I’ve lived in this space for over a year now. It’s generally a very quiet area, and the neighbors are mostly families! We’re very close to the pruneyard and are within walking distance from the VTA light rail (connects to Caltrain).
