Room available for : female travel nurses, doctors, and medical and nursing students on contract with Toyota, Georgetown College, University of Kentucky, Good Samaritan, St. Joseph Hospitals and other short term needs. Make this your home while you’re here in Georgetown/ Lexington.
Requirements:
Agree to a criminal background, or provide it if you have it.
Call me for phone interview.
Agree, Read and sign roommate apt rules.
(All paper agreements will be notarized, I’ll pay that cost)
Pay rent by 1st of each month, or
Non payment means the short term lease ends immediately, no exceptions For Pay security deposit $200
Fill out roommate match form
Provide ID
Provide paystubs, must MAINTAIN job during the whole term

About the roomies
