Furnished room for rent in home, not far from Rochester General Hospital. Room rental includes use of common spaces, kitchen, laundry. Off street parking available. Home owner shares the home with her two cats. Home includes two living rooms, sun room, kitchen, 1.5 baths (full bath newly renovated!), walk-up attic, full basement. Neighborhood is very friendly with a range of ages. I will need to update pictures as I am changing the bedroom suite to twin beds, that will happen soon.
