Looking for a roommate to sign lease at Quarry Ridge Apartments.
1 bedroom 1 bathroom in 2B 2Ba apartment. The bedroom is spacious and comes with two closets and an attached bathroom.
Rent: $950 per month (excluding utilities; negotiable for the below-mentioned dates.)
Dates: February 15th, 2024 onwards (lease term flexible) You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly and quiet roommate who is doing his doctorate at Mayo clinic. He is easygoing and mostly stays in his room all the time.

• Free shuttle to May clinic
• A clubhouse with a fitness center and swimming pool is accessible to all the tenants of the building.
