Great Neighbors, easy walk to pool (best time of year, always very relaxing and sociable at pool) basketball court, and tennis courts. House is cozy and spacious downstairs, and the 3 bedrooms upstairs are far enough away for privacy and peace of mind. First floor/patio/deck and backyard are perfect for social gatherings. I love this House! Only 1, maybe 2 bedrooms for rent, with private bathroom and shower.
