One bedroom with private ensuite bathroom. Large pool, utilities, internet etc all included in the rent. Was set up as a guest room so the furnishings can stay or go as desired.

It’s a 4/3 home with terrazzo floors, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances.

I have a daughter with partial timesharing so I am spending time with her during most of my weekends, she’ll be 5 soon. Her mother had an issue in the past when I had a male roommate and the attorney fees have been hurting my finances so I’m looking for a woman to rent my guest bedroom. It has a large closet and a private ensuite bathroom.

I work m-f 9-5 as an insurance advisor, I also own a rental property apart from my home. I’m building another business in my garage but my budget has tightened and my progress stunted. I’m friendly and laid back. I cook, clean and take pride in my home.

I’m not looking for a nanny, maid, girlfriend or anything other than someone I can get along with and is willing to help me keep my goals on track by providing rent, and a solid friendship would be a bonus for me.
