The condo is located in a beautiful, centrally located and well maintained community in Parker. The room is a private room and the bathroom would be shared with one other person. The living room, the kitchen and the balcony are common areas. The laundry is within the condo and is free- no coins required. The rent is $850 and it includes all utilities, including heat, electricity, water, HOA fees as well as high speed internet. Also you would have access to the swimming pool during the summer months.
