Close to all freeways, bus routes, schools, libraries and shopping centers. No drugs whatsoever. Large bathroom is shared with one other person. Must be employed. On street parking. Kitchen access. Super VERY clean home. Female preferred. Hoping to find a reliable, clean, quiet person. No overnight guests. Rent cost is $900 per month. Utility costs to be shared. Room and house access only. The house is shared by the owner. Happily divorced and retired. There is a second furnished room that will eventually be available for rent also. Until the second room is rented the bathroom will be exclusive to whoever is renting a room.
