Pros: Plenty of Natural light Hardwood (everywhere else), Tile (bathroom), and Vinyl (kitchen) floors Tinted windows 15 x 17.5 ft Living Room 144 sqft Bedrooms each have a 15 sqft closet 3 large shared closets Plenty of Kitchen cabinet space Bathroom has double mirror Patio, with soil and cement Maintenance is responsive Onsite laundry accepts card payments via application It’s conveniently located nearby (cycling-friendly distance) public transit, Safeway, Trader Joes, Walmart, Whole Foods, DT Mountain View, Castro, Shoreline, El Camino Real, 101, and 85, and surrounded by friendly neighbors and kind community. Walking distance to Rengstorff Park.

Cons: Two-prong outlets only Portable AC needed for tolerating the summer heat, or like a couple years ago, valley fires Floor insulation is weak (socks and comfy indoor slippers rec’d for winter despite central heater and space heaters on full blast) 1 Household sized Recycling and Paper Bin for >24 households. (Greenday folks might be upset)

2. 700 credit score or higher

4. Good landlord history
5. No criminal record
6. Employment history
7. Co-signer if applicable
8. No Smoking
