Two bedrooms available in my four bedroom house. $650 per bedroom and we split wifi and energy evenly. Available May 1st (or potentially April 28th with no additional cost). Two story house with large shared spaces including dining room, living room, family/tv room. Located just north of the Reno Softball Complex minutes away from UNR and Rancho San Rafael park and walking distance from hiking trails in Evans Canyon. Washer and dryer in the house and extra storage space in the garage. Big backyard and great second story deck with views of Reno. Not looking for any additional pets as I already have 2 cats living here.

I own the house and live here. Currently have myself (female) and one other male roommate in the house. We are both in our twenties and work in the Tahoe area. We are very social but both work lots and like to keep it fairly quiet during our working days. Looking for friendly, clean, and responsible roommates to share our house.
