Short term rental available until August 15. Private room with private bath in a condo with only 1 roommate. Garage parking, all utilities included in rent including WiFi/internet and cable TV. Complex has gym, pool, spa, and is next to walking/biking trails and is adjacent to a park with tennis courts. 10 minutes to downtown/midtown and 12 minutes to airport. The condo is over 1,400 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath. There is a washer/dryer in condo. Condo is furnished EXCEPT for your bedroom which you will need to furnish. This is a short term rental and only goes through August 15. This date may be slightly negotiable by a couple of weeks, but this is not a long-term rental.

The one roommate you will have is a 25 year old professional male. He works from home most of the time but sometimes travels for work. He is quiet and considerate.
