Lisa's room

Newer plush carpet. Closet. Window. Back door which would be your private door. Central air. Fairly small kitchen with dishwasher but nice dining room. Basement has a bar (currently empty, not stocked) and full refrigerator with freezer and second furnished living room. Plenty of space for storage. Non-smoking house. Can smoke in your room if ventilated and do not burn the carpet!

Myself, a teenager, and one cat. Cat does not go downstairs or outside. She can go in your room only if you want. We keep friendly and courteous with neighbors, we don’t party and keep guests to a very minimum. Home remains locked at all times with security cameras.
