Rivendell Drive

I am looking for someone to rent out the biggest bedroom of my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, located in a quiet neighborhood lake community. The bedroom I am looking to fill is about 510 square feet located at the end of the hallway on the farthest end of the house, (pictures with the dark teal walls) and the bathroom is located not far from the bedroom in the hallway. There is furniture in there currently but would obviously take out before someone moves in. The room can be rented fully furnished, however, for an extra $200 a month. I do have two kids that I get every other weekend, so you would have the bathroom to yourself 99% of the time, with the only exception being every other weekend when I give my kids a bath. I have a fully stocked kitchen available for use, and washer and dryer as well. The property also has a large backyard and deck available for use, complete with patio furniture. There’s also 2 living rooms, a game room, fire pit, large garage, basketball hoop, and a large driveway for parking. The neighborhood and lake is great for walking or running as well.

The room can be rented fully furnished, however, for an extra $200 a month.

I am a 31 year old male looking for a quiet person to rent a room out to. I do have two small children, but they are only here every other weekend and I have to say, they’re pretty cool kids! We don’t have any pets and we’d like to keep it that way (sorry!). I am really not home that often, and I work evenings 4:30-3am so I’m not around at those times at all.
