It’s a 3bed 3bath with backyard patio and garage. All 3 beds are upstairs, 2 rooms share bathroom as masters has its own (Master isn’t room for rent) and the last bathroom is in-between kitchen and living room on first floor. Garage parking gets switched each month. Utilities are not included in rent but are fairly and competitively cheap AND split evenly.

Both roommates are male, one being 27 and recent graduate of college now works locally and also has lived here the longest and known the landlord for a long period of time. The other is 22 currently still in college but works as well. Both very cool guys.
