Private furnished room available in a fully furnished house. Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, night stand, and dresser, as well as a Roku smart TV. It’s set up like an AirBnB. I can do short term or long term stays (I prefer longer). Each bedroom has an electronic lock for privacy (you can choose your entry code). This room shares a bathroom with one other person. Rent includes all furnishing (including linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and more), all utilities (including high speed internet) except electric, and regular cleaning service for all the shared areas (including the shared bathroom). Ten minutes to downtown Greenville. Five minutes to Greenville Memorial or I-85. No smoking or drugs. Vaping outside only
Rent is: $1,000 month to month $900 with 3+ month lease $800 with 12+ month lease Rent includes everything listed above.
Other details such as deposit amounts are negotiable depending on length of stay.

About the roomies
Please be willing to be friendly and get along with anyone, and don’t be allergic to cats or dogs. The roommates in the other two rooms may rotate out over time.
