** ROOM is UNFURNISHED** Split Utilities between 3 occupants - Electric, Gas and Internet Additional $30 per month per roommate for professional maid service.

Month-to month rental agreement. Owner or room tenant can terminate room lease commitment with one-month notice. You are welcome to use whatever is in the kitchen as well as bring your own belongings.

Owner will occupied one of the bedrooms but only stayed once or twice a month and will also have family use the room a few times a year for a visit. That will be the only time your bathroom will be shared.

Second roommate female working in and out of the house. Very responsible and conscious. Essentially you will be sharing the townhouse with only one other roommate. NO SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCES OF ANY KIND IN THE ROOM OR IN THE UNIT. NO DRUGS/drug free living environment. No Pets.
