Private and fully furnished bedroom and bathroom for rent. Room features a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, Roku TV, lockable door and blackout blinds.Private bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Tenant also gets use of a semi-private kitchenette with a sink, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and table. Shared spaces include a full kitchen (for you to cook) movie room with a 110 inch screen, livingroom, dining room and front and back patios. Tenant also gets full use of the laundry facilities, hot tub and downstairs area with treadmill and pool table. Please note that this bedroom/bathroom is located on the lower level of our home and has 13 steps down. We also have a full house air purifier and prefer no burning of candles. Shared entrance with your own private passcode to enter. We are specifically looking for a single occupant, however; we are open to a couple renting the space for an additional $200 a month. Guaranteed parking on the street. As much as we love animals we cannot accept dogs or cats at this time. All utilities are included with rent.

Tenant is more than welcome to change the bedding and/or decor, we will gladly store what we have to allow for you to personalize the space. We do however ask that no other holes be put into the walls.

We are a fun loving family of 5. It is myself (Kristi), my husband AJ, and our 3 boys. Our oldest Malachi is 18, our middle son Jacob is 12 and our youngest Ethan is almost 10. We built this house 10.5 years ago in a highly desirable neighborhood in west Greeley. We live just a couple of blocks from the new UC Health Hospital, 30 minutes from Fort. Collins, 15 minutes from Windsor, about 55 minutes from Denver and 1-3 hours from several different mountain areas.
