The property is a second-story 3 bedroom condo with absolutely beautiful views overlooking O’Neil Regional Park. 2 minute walk from nature trails with lots of hiking, and a 2 minute drive from RSM lake. Your bedroom and bathroom are on the opposite side of the home from the main bed/bath. Newly installed flooring, vaulted ceilings, open floor plan with a big kitchen. We have a washer and dryer, and use of the one-car garage is included in the monthly rent. Either furnished or unfurnished- let us know.

You’ll be living with me, my boyfriend and my dog. My name is Ariana, and I’m a 25 year old self-employed professional. Grant, my partner, is a 23 year old professional. Ronin is a 1 year old male golden retriever who is crate trained and happens to be a very good boy. (I’m biased, of course, but I’ve been working with dogs for the past six years so I’d like to think it’s not purely bias 😉) We’re both no-drama, and enjoy playing video games, going to the gym, camping, off-roading & hiking. Looking for a roommate who is respectful, clean, low-key and 420 friendly.
