Very quiet environment. NOT a party house. NO drugs/smoking/vaping. No Pets.

400 sq ft. Casita ($1,200 month, $500 deposit, Month-to-Month signed lease). Utilities included (AC and heat must be kept at reasonable temps: 78-82 in summer). Casita is a studio with a kitchen (no stove), full sized refrigerator, small island with bar stools. New queen sized bed included, room divider, chair, and coffee table. Stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom.
Main house has a Pool, internet, trash, and casita renter can use the private side entrance.
Applicants MUST be responsible (pay on-time, and in-full), CLEAN, absolutely NO drugs/smoking/vaping.
Note, main house has two cats and they are indoor/outdoor. No other pets please. Casita to be rented to only one person.to be rented to only one person.
About the roomies
Main house has three people: female/nursing student, female/airforce dog handler, and female/owner who teaches college.
