Deborah's room

It’s a two story house located in Petaluma, just five minutes from our cute little downtown area. It has 4 beds/3 full baths. First floor is a large open space with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. There’s one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with an open living space that’s used for work/workouts. There’s a two car garage that’s been turned into a gym, which is mostly used for a roommate’s business/clients. There’s a fenced in, paved backyard. The master bedroom is the room being advertised. It has its own bathroom with a large shower and separate bathtub. It also has a large walk in closet.

Hi! My name is Deborah. I’m currently renting the room advertised above. I’m moving out at the end of April so I’m helping my roommate’s find a replacement. There are three other roommates. Christa is a business owner who works from home. Cori is a Chemist who works just a few minutes from home and Evie (Christa’s daughter) is 6 years old and the sweetest kid ever. Christa is the primary tenant and we are her subtenants. I’ve been living with Christa and Evie for almost three years. They’ve been an amazing addition to my life. Cori (and her dog Pablo) has been with us for a year and has become a great friend. The funny thing is we all met on this website/app. We’ve been lucky in finding each other as roommates and now have become the best of friends. We’re looking for someone who can fit right into our little chosen family. Someone who’s clean, organized, and loves kids and animals.
