University Terrace

Very close to UVM as well as a bus stop! This property has its own parking and it is surrounded by family homes. We have all the household items already provided (microwave, toaster, air fryer, television, etc.) and have a washer dryer hookup in the basement. We have two available rooms in the house by June 1st, so you would have your private room. No pictures of bedrooms currently because people are still living in them and prefer privacy, however if you would like to contact me I can send you photos in private. If you would like to visit, please ask!

We are Gabe, Maya and Angie! We are both 22 years old and LGBTQ+ friendly. Angie is our 3 year old tuxedo cat who is very friendly and quiet. Maya is finishing up college at Champlain and I am working full time. We are looking for two other roommates to move in June 1st. We are very open to meeting in person first and talking a bit!
