Separate, neat and clean, full bathroom with shower over tub and good water pressure, occasionally shared with one other person. Professionally cleaned twice a month.

Large, recently rebuilt deck and nicely landscaped yard - private, peaceful outdoor space. Previous lodgers have referred to it as their sanctuary.
