A small furnished room with a brand new full size bed. Room is available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 3000+ sq ft. home in Memphis. Home is located in a neighborhood in South Memphis right by Midtown and Downtown. Room includes all bills/utilities, keypad entry, external storage space, backyard parking, housekeeping, internal clothing rack, 800mphs internet (very fast), and washer/dyer. Paper towels, tissue, soap, and cleaning products are provided. A quick drive to downtown Memphis and Midtown for local restaurants, biking, and walking. All roomies work and keep to themselves. They have been thoroughly selected for this space. They are nice and respect everyone’s space, things & privacy. Everyone cleans-up after themselves, and mostly stay in their rooms.
