South 4th Street

Hi everyone! We’ve rented one room and now have an additional room available in this gem of a 4 bed/2 bath Williamsburg apt. $1,495 price inclusive of RENT & ALL UTILITIES. 2 blocks from the Broadway G stop, 2 blocks from Hewes JMZ, and about an 8 min walk to the Lorimer L. Top two floors of a super spacious 3 story townhome, with in unit washer and dryer, and a dishwasher! We have a private back patio where we often host friends for bbqs and dinners, although it is accessed through one of our roommates rooms so it’s not always available during the day (he works from home). The room is super spacious, with a nice sized closet, and gets great natural light!
You’ll be living with 3 lovely roommates, all working professionals, all around 30 y/o! 1 F 2 M. All three are laid back, clean, and social. Looking for someone similar! May 1 move-in (or first week of May) for a 2 month sublease and potential for a long term at the end of the two months

2 of the 3 tenants have been in the home for 3 years coming on a fourth year. We are in our early 30’s- gregarious and friendly. We like to be active, social and go out, but do not bring the party home. We do like to host and have friends over on occasion. We work mostly from home so keep the house nice and tidy. Love music, dancing, basketball/soccer and travel :)
