It is a single family home. Home is under some construction and needs some work but everything function. It is in a very quiet area. 5 miles from downtown Nashville. 3 miles deep into the neighborhood. Only a quarter of a mile to walking trails. It is a tiny home and not a open floor plane. There is only two bedrooms and one bathroom to be shared. Absolutely NO Drugs no smoke home.
