Large furnished basement apartment in a quiet home with private bath, small furnished kitchenette and private entrance in townhome in Germantown with gorgeous lake view. Free parking on site, internet and utilities included.

We are looking for a responsible, organized, clean, professional tenant (SINGLE occupancy only).

We are asking for a one-month deposit plus the first month of rent. We will conduct a background and credit check.

The rent is $1,000 per month (Electricity, water, and Verizon Fios high-speed internet included). Initially, the lease term will be for six months, with the possibility of renewing for a more extended period of time. No smoking, pets, or parties are allowed.
