You’ll enjoy a private 3rd-floor room plus a small second-floor office or living space that gives access to the 3rd floor. Share of the rest of the house includes a lovely back deck and garden. The house is in a quiet section of East Lancaster with easy access to Rte 30 and other major roads. Street parking is typically easy to find. Rent includes water/sewer/trash/WiFi. Gas and electric will be split, anticipate an average of $125/month.

I am a single female in my late 30s. I host events in the house as part of my job. They are on a pretty consistent schedule, so easy to anticipate and plan around. A dog and cat live on the premises.
