Montebello Avenue

We have two rooms next to each other in our house available. We would like to rent both to the same person for $1200 a month. Otherwise it will be $800 per room and you can pick which you’d like to rent. The kitchen is shared but you have access to a private refrigerator. Washer and Dryer in garage and there is a small space for storage in there as well. We are an easy going couple and mind our own business. We are grandparents and have our grand kids over a couple times a month. We also have a very sweet dog and a good sized backyard.
