Looking for a new roommate to share a luxury, spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment in Lakewood. Private bedroom and attached bathroom. The apartment complex is fairly new, built only a few years ago, and it has great fixtures and amenities. Check out Westwood Green apartments. Rent is just under $1,000 each, and utilities run around $100. We additionally pay for internet and Xcel energy.

I’m a female in my 30s. I’m pretty easy-going, introverted, clean, and respectful. I work away from home during the day and spend most of my at-home time in my room on the computer. I work as a technical editor for my day job, and I’m also an actor and writer. Being willing to read lines with me when I do self-taped auditions would be a plus. :) I tend to stay up late, but I’m pretty quiet.

I don’t have any pets, but pets are welcome. I don’t have a huge problem with pot but would prefer someone who doesn’t smoke regularly due to the smell.
