Soar's room

The house is in walking distance to downtown Phoenix. It’s a four bedroom room with a private bedroom upstairs, spacious back yard, washer and dryer, Street parking. Rent is 750, utilities not included but can run $250 in the high end for utilities. The room upstairs is the room I’m renting out, unless you prefer a different room. There are two bathrooms, both downstairs and can make one your own private bathroom, which means no one but you and your guests are allowed to use. The house is furnished, can make room for your stuff. There will be an extra room, which can be made for a storage room, if needed. The house is a bit odd but has character upgraded appliances with AC.

Nursing student and four dogs. I have four dogs(one 90lb dog, and three small ones, very friendly. Just moved from Tucson to Phoenix, don’t know many people here, i keep to myself but am super friendly. I like to cook for my brother and you are welcome to partake.

I start nursing school in august and work full time. Looking for a possible friend and roommate who likes animals 🐶. Would like to meet up in public, so we both feel Comfortable before tour of house. Please message with any questions 😀
