It’s a small but homie apartment. I rent one of the 5 units with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. There is always parking out front, and the street is quiet. There is a nice backyard. I’m friends with our neighbors, and sometimes we have game nights.

I’m a 27-year-old female who works from home. I have 2 cats named Momo and Tigre, who are calm, sweet, and love to be pet. Tigre is pregnant, so there will be kittens soon. I’ll only keep 1-2. The apartment would be both of ours and we would be on equal footing. However, I like for my home to be my comfort space. That’s very important to me. I’m pretty easygoing. I just ask that the person I live with respects the home, shared spaces, and boundaries. I don’t mind guests as long as we communicate and they don’t overstay their welcome. I’m very clean and organized and would like my roommate to maintain that in the home. Examples of that would be picking up after yourself, putting things back where they belong, doing chores in a timely manner, cleaning the kitchen after you’ve used it, washing your dishes after you’ve used them, restocking things when they run out (toilet paper, paper towels), etc. I don’t mind sharing items as long as they are handled well. We will split chores evenly. The pictures are screenshots from a video I took, so they may not be the best, but I can send the full video when we talk. The home in the video is messy and not how I usually like it, but that is because my ex didn’t clean, so it was hard to maintain. The bedroom in the pictures would be yours. I’m willing to rearrange the house to accommodate our things so we both feel comfortable. However, all the furniture is mine, so it might be tricky if you have many items, but we’ll make it work. Also it would be cool if we got an oven and a new couch that fits the living room better. The rent is $850, not including utilities. Utilities can range from $100 to $150. Insta: cortanaaaaaaa
