$800 includes everything. I’ll say after living here for a year and a half I loved having the bathroom attached to the bedroom. I rarely have people over but the con is if you have someone over they have to go through your bedroom to use the bathroom.

About me I’m overall just a busy hippie. I’m a very clean person. I’m usually in bed by 10ish. I work mostly morning shifts. I normally get up at 5am. I sleep like the dead. So, I do have a bell alarm clock that’s pretty aggressive. My current roommate that’s moving out didn’t even realize I was here a lot. Pardon it being messy my current roommate is in the process of packing. We all hate moving.
