Magdalena's room

For rent is a room with a private bathroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single level house. Shared access to kitchen, living room and another bathroom. Washer and dryer in the house. Huge backyard with a picnic table, fire pit, charcoal grill, and a swing. Parking available in the driveway.

Room is furnished as in the pictures, but can be rented unfurnished as well if prefered.

Must sign a lease but I’m looking for a month-to-month with 30 day move out notice tenant.

Well behaved pet, preferably just one, welcome.

Room available prior to May 1 if you can live with a some messiness while I complete the reorganization.

No cannabis in or around the house. No smoking inside the house.

I will accept Premium Criminal Check and Credit Report Check from Roomies. I can also accept and inititate SmartMove screening ($42).

Owner (40+ Female) works out of town and visits once or twice a month for 2-3 days at this time.
Owner’s father visits occasionally, usually during winter, and stays 1-3 months. Otherwise, no other roommates are planned.
