West Pfluger Street

I have a lovely four-bedroom three bath home on a tree line Street in Pflugerville. Two of the rooms are rented to professional gentlemen, one in his 30s and one in his 60s. The room to be rented out is a 10x14 room with a shared bathroom . The house has a very large living room with the fireplace Internet is included. The kitchen and dining room are also very large area as well. The kitchen is fully stocked you just need to bring your own food!! There is a separate refrigerator in the dining room for the Roomies. There is plenty of cooking equipment already here that you’re invited to use. There’s a utility room with a washer and dryer and a chest freezer for extra food . There is some space available in the garage for storage as well it’s a covered front porch with table and chairs , and then in the back there’s a seating area with table and chairs overlooking your large backyard.

The house currently has two professional gentleman one in his 30s and one in his 60s. And then there’s me I’m in my 70s and I’m here most of the time. I sometimes might ask for someone to reach for something off the high shelf that I can’t get to or to move some thing that’s too heavy for me but I try to stay out of everybody’s personal life.
