Very very spacious mater bedroom with full private attached bath!
The house is a large 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home close to Lakeshore Ave. Laundry and drying are in unit, garage storage space, a lovely sunny backyard with fruit trees, two living rooms, a piano, art space, no-permit required parking, large kitchen stocked with every appliance you would need. The room could come furnished or un-furnished. We are looking for a couple to share the room, as it is very large for a single room, but if you are an individual who would be comfortable with the price listed, we are open to the idea of it being a single. The room get lots of great light and have we mentioned that it is large (the bed in the photo is a CA king)?
A few minutes walking distance from Lake Merritt, Tjs, coffee shops galore, bars, Sat. farmers market etc.. live in the wonderful neighborhood of Cleveland Heights, east of the lake. The lease is on a 3-month cycle and utilities are separate.
2 others live in the house, both in their mid 20’s N- works at an Oakland high school E- works mainly from home and occasionally in person in the environmental field
We both love to be outside, are active, and occasionally have dinners as a house all together. We are very open to hosting friends over, dinner, etc. as long as there is communication around it (the space is very well suited for hosting!). We are looking for mainly a couple with good communication skills, but would be open to a single individual (rent would be the same for the room). We all take care of the house and are respectful housemates.
