Northeast Halsey Street

This place is such a great deal! The price for such a prime location is unbeatable. It’s a 2 bedroom. 1 bath upstairs apartment in the Sullivan’s Gulch neighborhood. Fred Meyers is 2 blocks away, and Broadway street offers tons of amenities within walking distance (i.e. retaurants, bars, shops, gym, etc.). But it’s also tucked into a cute, quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood area. It’s centrally located and convenient no matter which way you’re going, with interstate access within half a mile in every direction; yet is far enough away from the inner city to be in a safe, quiet and comfortable neighborhood location. It’s a cute upstairs apartment with big windows, good light and a nice view in a 6 unit complex.

I’m the only other resident, unless you include my friendly 2 year old cat, Zoey. We are both easy to get along with, friendly, laid back, and not the type to be “too much” or up in your business. I value my alone time, but am still fairly social, a good conversationalist, considerate, and a good sharer. I’m clean, (but not anally clean), and am all about reciprocity and keeping things equal.
