Giulia's room

This lovely house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, new washer and dryer, garage, shed, and 4 garden beds with built-in irrigation. Total rent is $1900 for 2 residents ($950 each) and total $2100 for 3 residents ($700 each). Utilities are typically an additional $100-200 max total per month (fluctuates with additional water cost for gardens in summer and heat costs in winter, usage, etc.). Gas heat and swamp cooler for A/C. It is about 2 miles from CSU, right by the King Soopers on Taft and Elizabeth. The landlord is wonderful and lives in Crested Butte–responsive to requests but otherwise leaves us to our own. We are on a corner lot with two very sweet, older neighbors. Landlord has requested no additional pets; he would like to keep it a one dog household.

I am a 28-year-old occupational therapist looking for at least one, preferably two roommates to rent with myself and my 9-year-old blue heeler. Fellow working professionals or graduate students only, please. I am looking for roommates who are similarly kind and conscientious, very clean and tidy, and respect quiet nighttime hours (I commute to Cheyenne for work so I am early to bed and early to rise during the week, those kids wear me out!). We could be roomies that garden, cook, game, and outside hang together or be roommates that simply peacefully coexist!
