I work early in AM and like quiet. My 18 year old girl, 2 sweet doggies live here. You have your own garage fridge and share my inside one, I mostly won’t bother except when frozen pizza boxes don’t fit in mine. Drinking alcohol is fine, smoking outside only, cook in the kitchen, you are welcome! I have a lovely screened in lanai on a beautiful green surrounded preserve with privacy fence. Drugs, concerning behavior, and night time guests are not acceptable. You are welcome to large living room with a TV, bedroom does not come with a TV. Room in garage for storage. Cleaning service comes bi-weekly
