Brand new construction Townhome (4 bedroom / 3.5 bath / garage) $1,500 one bedroom / One Bath $2,500 two bedroom / two bath I’m open to anyone who is responsible, relatively clean and you’ll pretty much have the upstairs to yourself if you choice the two bedroom / two bath option. The upstairs is 3 bedroom / 2 baths (but I would keep the small one for my office) and a living room. Downstairs would be my suite and a shared kitchen and laundry room. There is also a two-car garage and I would be open to providing one spot. We’d also need to share electric, but I can provide internet and some streaming services.

I’ll be there part of the time, but I split time between NYC, Fort Lauderdale and NC. I’m 45-year-old male finance professional (work from home), and although I do not want other pets in the apartment, I do have a 20 pound 13 year old poodle. I am single / recently separated but there isn’t any drama.
