Very nice complex and apartments in great, convenient S. Tyler location, easy access to Loop 288, 49, Broadway and Grande. Beautiful pool area, gym, office and maintenance staff are awesome. Free high speed internet. My apt is on the third (top) floor so nobody overhead. You would still have to apply and be approved by the complex and also pay $150 to be added to my lease in order to live here.

I am a 51 year old high school teacher and my daughter just moved out. Would like to save money by splitting the rent and electricity with someone for a while. I don’t have any pets at the moment and would prefer someone without a pet, but might consider. I don’t smoke or vape and would want a roommate who does not either. I’m an easygoing person, like to sometimes be social, sometimes keep to myself. Off in the summers but out of town a lot traveling etc. Your portion of rent would be $660 plus half the electricity and water (water only would be about $15/mo). I have a full size washer/dryer we can both use. You Quiet neighbors, have lived here almost three years with no noise or people problems. Maintenance is very responsive. Love living here.
