Hi! This 2bdrm apartment has an AMAZING view of the mountains with being on the 5th floor. It’s also overlooking 1 of 2 common outdoor areas. This side overlooking the pool/bbq/lounge area. There is a small dog run if you have a pet. I’m not allergic to cats so very pet friendly if needed. The room itself has enough room to fit a king size bed as well as have your own decent closet space and room for a small side table on either side of the bed. I do have an extra mattress/boxspring if needed just not a frame. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. There are storage units on the property you can rent monthly if needed/wanted. Washer/dryer is included in the apartment. Gym also available 24/7. There is a common area that has coffee available and a kitchen to cook as well as plenty of counter/table space if looking to get out of the apartment but want to do work or just hang. Literally 5 min or less from freeway entrance/exit. Easy and close access to bus and trax. 10 min away from Downtown if driving on main roads. Covered parking garage assigned space included. Building has security feature that grants access with key fab and unit call box.

I work 2 jobs and mostly nights. I’m quiet and easy going. I love to to cook when I get the opportunity. I enjoy the outdoors especially in the summer and fall time. I can be a homebody when not working but love getting out especially during the warmer weather seasons. If you work during the day more than likely we won’t see as much of each other so it’ll feel like having the place to yourself. I’m respectful and just ask that you are the same. I’m not big into partying but do enjoy having people over on occasion so please feel free to be able to do so as well.
