ONE furnished bedroom for rent in a split floor plan 2 bedroom apt . The room: walk in closet and your own bathroom, Room has a white leather couch that opens to a queen bed with memory foam mattress. It has a 40 inch TV and a nightstand. Beautiful view from bedroom window. Cable TV, high speed internet and wifi all included and set up! (There is currently no desk, you are welcome to bring one in)

Bathroom: Carerra Marble tile, Great water pressure and a bidet!

Shared kitchen, I do not have an oven but I prefer somebody who doesn’t really like to cook much.

The building: Building has heated pool on intracoastal. Close to all shopping and beach! Laundry is right outside the apt door. Its shared with the rest of the floor. $1.50 per wash and $1.50 per 1 hour for dryer. There is a library downstairs and a barbecue area.

One covered parking spot although that spot may not be available for a month or two around October or November. There may be a spot available to rent in the building if that happens.

Me: female photographer with a fat cat (my cat likes people, but not other animals, so no pets, please) No smoking in apt, please and LIMIT overnight guests. I’m up late but can be quiet if needed. I can be quite social, I am currently laser focused on my passions, so not really available to forge new personal relationships, hence just looking for someone to just rent a room to.

You: A) Looking for someone who is also somewhat introverted. Someone friendly, communicative, but also like their personal time and space. B) A person who is capable of being a neat-freak in, expects the same, and won’t settle for anything less. C) must like cats, I have one and she’s the queen of the castle. D) Please have proof of income, there will be a credit check and should have a clean criminal history with no history of drug or alcohol abuse.

Rent is $1500 Security Deposit is $1000

High speed internet, basic cable, wifi, water and electric is included.

Close to beach and Right next to Walmart, Publix and Winn Dixie, tons of shopping and restaurants nearby Gulfstream is less than a mile away
